Beer/bottling

Question
Hello. If Im going to use all new bottles, do I need to sanitize them or would a hot water rinse suffice? Cheers,Jason

Answer
You should probably sanitize them.  Unless they were hermetically sealed at the factory, dust from goodness-knows-where has gotten into the bottles.  Among that dust may be spores for some nasty wild yeast or bacteria.

There's a good chance you won't have a problem, but why take the chance with your precious beer?
