Question
Sir, I am a recent kegerator owner.Draft domestic beer is it less carbonated  and possibly a little stronger alcohol content wise excluding light beer.

Answer
Domestic draft beer has the same alcohol content as the canned or bottled version. The carbonation level is normally pretty close to the same, as well. You could notice a difference in carbonation level depending on how you dispense it from the keg. I'm assuming you use a CO2 tank to supply the pressure to push the beer out of the keg and through the tap.
Getting the balance right can be tricky until you learn exactly what your system needs. The pressure from the CO2 tank will have to be adjusted, based on the type of beer, the temperature it's at, the type of tubing between the keg and the tap, and the length of that tubing. This can be very variable for bars, where the length of tubing is very long, but you should be able to figure out your own home system fairly quickly.
