Question
is there any such thing as a beer with 0% alcohol by vol.?
I know there's Odouls but it still has .5%

Answer
I have to say that I don't know of any.  The legal definition of "NA" beer is that it has 0.5% or less alcohol.

There is a Carribean product called "malta" that is made like beer but totally unfermented.  Unfortunately, it's also extremely sweet, so is not really a good beer replacement.
