Beer/water ph

Hi John
      where do i obtain litmus paper and the colour chart to go with it.In south australia  there are no colour charts and the brew shops say the water is good enough.Hoping you can help

Based on the unique characterisics of Australian water,for brewing,i would start here.I would think you would be wanting to look at color indicators in the ranges of 5.0 to 8.5.
