Question
my question is the following
at this time i am civil servant now my aim is to change my profession to business man how can to manage? or how can to avoid the risk, because i have not enough knowledge

Answer
Thank you for your question!
Business can be both very rewarding, and very risky. While there is no way to completely avoid the risk, by educating yourself you would dramatically increase your chance of success. It is hard work, business men often spend many more hours each week working that other professions. Starting and running your own business for example usually takes all of your time, but can be very rewarding if it is successful.
The only thing I can recommend is that you do alot of research to learn as much as you can. This will do two things, teach you what you need to know to increase the chances that you will be successful, and also inform you if this is something that you are truly interested in.
Reading is the first step, with perhaps more formal education such as a university program to follow. If you are interested in the stock market and investing, start with "Investing for Dummies". this is a great text that is easy to read, and will give you a basic understanding of most forms of investment. Additional sources are provided if you want to do more detailed research into specific areas. Other good sources for investment information: The Financial Times and Wall Street Journal newspapers, and The Economist magazine.
If you are more interested in staring your own business of some sort, I simply recommend that you do your research. Search through Amazon.com and your local library for books relating to the area that you are interested in, such as retail or consultant services. Begin to formulate a plan, and write up your ideas into a complete business plan that you can execute. If you google 'Business Plan', you will find numerous sources that can show you how to write an effective plan. Also, search for general entrepeneur and small business start up books.
I hope that this helps gets you started. Your question is incredibly broad so it is difficult to offer any further specifics without knowing more about what you want to do. If you do have any more specific questions, please do not hesitate to follow up with me.
