AnswerMansoor,
Thank you for your question!
I know that this is a very difficult decision to make. It is never an easy process to decide upon what career you want to create for yourself. However, I believe that only you can really answer this question. I think that you simply must think about what you would rather do every day at work for many decades into the future. I don't have any experience or knowledge about Engineering, so it would be very difficult for me to answer the question for you, and this would be my answer.
I believe that money is not everything, both of the careers you ask about have very good prospects for earning a good salary. I think you need to make your decision based upon what you are good at, and what you enjoy doing the most.
Business really refers to anything about managing or running a business. It could be a small or large business, and usually focuses on things such as marketing, human resources, budgeting, and accounting. Investment refers to anything that involves investing to make a profit. While the two are connected in some ways, they are quite different. Investors typically do not engage in the day to day managing of a company, or the human resources, or accounting. Instead, they review these things and decide if the company will grow, and therefore be a good investment. CEO's, President, Vice President, and other such titles are business people. Investor, stock broker, financial advisor, and analyst are examples of different investment oriented positions.
I hope that this helps. Please do not hesitate to follow up if I can be of any additional service,
Sincerely,
