Hi Steve,
Can you explain in layman terms what happened to ticker OVIP, formally VIP, open jt stk co vimpel comm.

Also, I received shares NGG.C4
The value on my statement is zero. What are these shares?

I cannot see your statement so I cannot comment on that--NGG is a ticker for the National Grid ADR.

VIP is ticker for Vimpel Communications.  A google search reveals this thread where the delisting of OVIP following some changes in the ADR/ADS were made:
