Question
What is the best way to perform due diligence on a company that you want to invest in?  I mean, where is the first place to start to get the most from your time investment?  What are the most important things to look for?  Thanks.

Answer
I would go to the http://www.hoovers.com and then order the 10-k. If the 10-k does not come from the company, forget the company. Secondly, call the company for a few questions. If the company does not call you back, forget the company.

1. 10-k
2. they call you back

Without out these two standards you will eliminate alot of companies. Check out the free site of http://wfnn.info
