Beginner Investing/Incorporating

Question
I'll probably be investing in a brand new venture soon.  If a substantial amount of money were to be made, should incorporating prior to investing be a wise move in order to save on the capital gains tax to come?  And if so, how do you go about this, incorporating, that is?

Thanks ahead of time for your answer.

Answer
Go to http://www.eastbiz.com since this group has a full range of incorporation. Most people incroporate for legal protection, and not tax angles. There are a number of other reasons also. You might want to read their website, which carries a great deal of information. You may wish to call them up and speak to them on their toll free number. I have found them a great help for people.
