Question
Stock purchaes by company executives, What is the difference between a purchase and a non open market acquisiton?

Answer
Chris,
Thank you for your question! Unfortunately I am not familiar with the term 'non open market acquisition'. My specialty is in stock research and identifying possible investments in public companies, my knowledge is a bit less complete regarding corporate structuring. I do have some familiarity with it, but am not familiar with that term. Could you perhaps follow up with me with a more complete description of your question? I did check Barrn's "Dictionary of Finance and Investment Terms" and was not able to locate it there,

Sincerely,
