Question
Cable and Wireless is included in your Nov. portfolio and hence in my Foliofn account. Apparently as of today the ADR has been delisted from the NYSE. How do we sell these shares?

Answer
James,
Thank you for your question! I think you are referring to CWP, the adr stock that was in last months portfolio? This is a foreign company that has stopped trading on the US market, this is true. What will happen is that they will announce a compensation for the shares you own, and this will appear in your Foliofn account when that happens. Generally you should expect the compensation to be what the stock last traded at. The announcement of the what the compensation will be should come out in the next few days (perhaps some delays due to the holiday season). After that it can take up to 6 weeks for the actual funds to appear back in your account, but usually it is much faster than that. The basic process is that after the compensation amount is decided upon, the company will forward the cash amount to FOLIOfn, who will then deposit it in your account. So your cash balance will increase accordingly.
I hope this helps! Please do not hesitate to follow up with me if I can be of any additional assistance,

Sincerely,
