-Where on the net can I check "pink sheets" (I assume the pink sheets are where so called penny stocks are listed}------------------------
Followup To
Question -
What dies it mean to me (a stockholder) if my stock is de-listed? Is the stock worth anything after it's de-listed? Can it be re-listed and will the stock have any value meanwhile. What action can I take to recoup?
Answer -
Bill,

They stop trading on the NASDQ. They have to go through a great deal to re-list. Usually this is unsuccessful and shares go much lower. You might check the pinksheets.com to see if they are trading on this market, or at all.

Go to http://www.pinksheets.com and look up the symbol. You can find out the price and the trading information. You can look up the website for the company under the company information. If you do not find the company there, then it may not be trading any longer, anywhere. Most stocks when they de-list still get quoted and traded on the pink sheets. This is the orginal stock market and goes back over 100 years before there was stock broker dealers.
