Last time you recommended www.netbank.com for money market account but one need to have a US Social Security number since I am from Malta I don't have one. Can you suggest a other money market accounts.

  Thank you for your follow up question! Unfortunately I think that this may be a problem for most US based money market accounts. You could try an international bank such as UBS. I do know that this is not just a US service, and your local banks should be able to offer money market services. The  things to check are the interest that they offer, what fees they charge, and how accessible the funds you put there will be. I am sorry that I do not have more knowledge on international banking, but I think that if you check with your local banks or international banks you will find similar services, although the interest rate they offer will probably be lower.
