really really need some help!! In my Business class we are doing a project called the stock market experience. I have to invest $50,000 in ten different stocks.. i have to pick them all from NYSE,AMEX,NASDAQ,and also in a mutual fund. I really need some help!!!! I also need to collect 5 years sales data and alot of information and i dont know where to start! please help! This is due by Sept 16

  Thank you for your question, but unfortunately we are carefully instructed by AllExperts to not answer home work questions. However, perhaps I can at least get you pointed in the right direction. Almost all of the information you will need can be found for free on http://financed.yahoo.com   Look for companies with low p/e ratio's compared to their competitors, this data can be found on that website. The sales data should also be available. Another thing to look at is analyst recommendations, you can see what the professional analysts covering a company recommend as far as buying, selling, or holding a stock. This is also on the Yahoo Finance site. www.motleyfool.com has many chat rooms, and by monitoring a few perhaps you can get some ideas on stocks to research on the Yahoo finance website. Yahoo also has investment specific chat rooms.
