hello

i want to make my own project need a sum of money ranged from 50-100 thousand $

   Unfortunately I need some more information if I am to try to offer you any suggestions on how to raise 50 to 100 thousand dollars. Here is some information I would need to work with this question: What type of project is this? Is this a business venture of some sort? If so, what is the nature of the busisness? Are you willing to take on partners? Do you have good credit? Do you have any money yourself to contribute, or do you need to get all of it? And do you have any prior experience in the type of project that you want to raise money for? Where would this project be located?

It will honestly be very difficult for you to raise the money you need to start these 3 businesses. The problem is that most large investors are looking for people that have already created successfull business or have other real experience, and also have a significant amount of their own money to invest in the project. This makes the outside investor more comfortable if you have alot of money invested also.
However, for this type of project, I would suggest going to family or friends first. They may know you best. But before you go to them, you need a business plan. I would suggest spending several months writing a detailed business plan that covers everything from the cost of your project, the projected revenue for the first few years, and even an analyis of the overall industry and competitors you will be working against. This business plan should be very well researched with specific numbers and information from outside sources. You can do most of the research on the internet or at the library. YOu can probably also find books and other materials that will teach you exactly how to write this business plan. It is alot of work, but it is what you need if you want to raise money for your projects. You can then give this business plan document to potential partners.
  You will probably actually need two business plans, one for the recycling company and one for the import/export business. I would wait a few years for the stock investment part, the first two business I hope will make you money. Then you can invest your own money into stocks and not need a partner or investors for that.
   I would start by doing a google search for business plans. You will get many, many results. For example, http://www.bplans.com/ has a great deal of information such as sample business plans and software that can help you write one.
  This will certainly be the most important document that you will write in your professional career as a businessman.   It will take alot of work and effort to create a proper business plan, and will probably keep you busy for many weeks or even months. I hope that you do it!

i tried to read the financial report of some large company like DISENY but i shoked because i didnt understand anything of tables & numbers written is that normal or i have lossy info in financial experience

Yes, I think you are going in the right direction. Start with one business and focus all your efforts on this, you will have a great chance to succeed. The first step is to write the detailed business plan.
Do not worry if you do not understand the company financial reports that you mention for Disney. I would suggest reading and researching as much as you can about company financials, you will want to build your company with good financials. The better the financial situation is for your companyh, the more it will be worth. If you can build a successful company with good revenue and no debt, in a few years you could sell it for your first big profit to be used for some of the other projects you are in. I would suggest starting with the book "Investing for Dummies", this is a good source that will give you a basic understanding of most aspects of investing and how to analyze a company. There are many sources listed in this book so you could do much more specific research on any topics that interest you.
   I believe that you should split your time into two things: The first thing is to begin creating your company. Every day do something that will get you closer to your goal. Researching and writing the buisness plan is the first step. The second thing is to spend your free time research and reading all about business and how to start and run a successfull one.
  I would not play the online stock games. Many are a scam and will steal your money. I have heard only bad things about these games.
  Instead, I would suggest that you begin to practice investing for yourself. On http://finance.yahoo.com you can for free set up and track a stock portfolio. I recommend that you begin to do this for practice. Read the Investing for Dummies book and any other sources that you reserach, and then try some of the ideas out on this practice portfolio that you can set up. Buy and sell stocks just like you had real money and see how you do. Practicing like this for a year or more will help you to see first hand what works and what does not.

Here is some information on your follow up questions:
I am not really very familiar with the trading of bonds. I would unfortunately not feel good about giving you advice on that, as my career is centered on stocks and mutual funds.

I am not familiar with the free stock games that you are talking about. Perhaps it could be good practice if you have to create a stock portfolio and the performance is tracked and compared to others. Do you have a website that I could look at for these games?

FOREX is not really a scam, but it is true that few people make alot of money. It is like most things in finance, you have to be very good and have alot of knowledge. The problem is that there are many software and other services claiming that it is easy to make money in FOREX, but this is not really true. It is just like stocks and other investments, if you are interested and research FOREX alot, and have money to invest, you can make money here.

I am not sure how you would check your chosen business brand name in your country. Here in the USA there are services that you can hire, and the state governments also check when you register to make sure that there are not duplicates. Probably the easiest thing to do is to do a google search for your chosen name and see what the results are. If there is no google results, you can be reasonable certain that your chosen name is available.

There are also services that you can hire to design your logo and branding. It depends upon how much money you have and want to spend on this. It can range from anywhere between a few hundred dollars to tens of thousands of dollars for big corporations. I would recommend spending little or no money on this at first. You can always improve your logo and branding in the future if your business is successful. I know of some services in the USA that do this, but it may be much cheaper to find a service in your area. There are some online services that can help, for example www.iprint.com can print business cards and letterhead very cheaply for you.

I would not worry about taking any online exams to verify your business knowledge. It is not needed, and these exams are never accurate. All you need is a good idea, and the ability to work hard at it through the very difficult times of starting up a business. Motivation is the most important thing.

Then click on the 'My Portfolios' tab on the top. It can be confusing, this is a very complete site with alot of information and functions. It will take some time to learn how to use it.
Unfortunately I do not have any business plan samples for you. My company hired a professional company to write our business plan, so it was very expensive and much more complicated that what you will need. I would suggest going to www.google.com and type in 'business plan' and look at many different links. There should be some service out there that offers basic samples of simple business plans, this is what you need. I hope that you can find something,
