You will need to understand that there are 212 stock markets, and different rules for each exchange. It would be easier for you to find a local Paine Webber or UBS office and drop by for a discussion with them. You could then have them get you the information on each. Remember this is a large undertaking, and understand the reason you need to know this information. You could be talking about 20,000 pages of information per exchange or stock market when you add this all up.
