Expert: Paul Henneman - 12/28/2003

Question
I've been watching precious metals prices for several months now.  Is it too late to invest in silver bullion coin such as American Silver Eagles?  Or is it possible silver will soon break the $10 per oz. mark (or higher if you beleive some of the "experts")?
