Question
What is initial public offerings &fiscal public offerings. How the stock exchange should assess the share value of a company.(i have no idea about this subject.better you explain it with an example)

Answer
Aravind,

IPOs are the first offering of stock into the stock market. There is a fundamental horizon evaluation by a financial analyst to support the stock price. Much like looking at homes on the street you live, there is a price to the home by comparison. This is how they evaluate the house price, or the stock price for the IPO.
