  Thank you for your question! I have to admit that the voting statement you refer to is very poorly worded, and I am not sure I have an answer for you. I strongly suggest that you contact the investor relations department to find out what they mean by that!
Or, if you have more information please follow up with me and I will try to offer you more information. Specifically what is this vote for, and if you could copy the wording exactly as it appears. I assume that this relates to a shareholder vote for a board of directors or some other appointment?
