Belly Dancing/Stomach flutters

Question
Hi, I found your answer to the question about how to develop stomach flutters very useful.  However, I not able to hold my breath to create a vacuum in my diaphragm.  How do you use your tongue or soft palette to keep air from escaping as you instructed.  Thanks in advance!

Answer
Merhaba! Hello!
There really isn't 'one way' to do this!
It may be possible that you're just 'overthinking', as everyone is able to hold their breath...if you swim, you must learn to hold your breath so that you don't swallow water!

I push the back part of my tongue to the roof of my mouth and towards the back of my throat...but if you're unable to do this, just simply holding your breath works!
However you manage hold your breath...do it...then use the technique I wrote about to create the flutter!
