Answer
Hi Laura!
I can understand why you are confused!  Both the "Goddess Workout" and "Core Training" DVDs by Neena & Veena are very different approaches to using Middle Eastern (or Belly) Dance as a foundation for exercise.
I would like to point out that, while both these series use Middle Eastern dance as a theme, they do not teach Middle Eastern dance, as they use just the foundation of the movements of this ancient dance to get you, the client, to exercise!
For an education in authentic Middle Eastern Dance, I recommend Neena & Veena's Belly Dance series (they have a belly dance exercise series and a 'straight' dance series as well!)
I do not recommend "The Goddess Workout" series at all, as Dolphina, the instructor, uses inauthentic movements, misnames & misinstructs movements and Arabic rhythms and generally appears to be teaching her own 'version' of a dance that doesn't resemble Middle Eastern dancing.
I do recommend Neena & Veena's DVDs, the exercise version as well as the dance versions, as they are well researched, beautifully performed and stay true to the authentic cultural heritage of the dance!
The 'dollywood' word that you saw on the back of the Twins (Neena & Veena's) DVD is actually the word "Bollywood", which is a name given to the Hollywood-influenced movements of Indian popular dancing that has become more like what we, in America, know as "Belly Dance"!
Enjoy your workout!
