I am booking a wedding in October 2009 at the Surf Side. I am reading a lot of mixed reviews about the hotel. We will not be staying there though (we will be on a cruise ship). Only having the ceremony and a small cocktail party there. This seems like the only reasonably priced location I could find. Do you know of them to do nice weddings?

I think you picked a wonderful place for your wedding.  The setting beautiful with a great view of the south shore.

Personally I haven't been involved with a wedding in Bermuda so I can't really comment.  However, I have friends who've stayed their and they really enjoyed it.

Don't second guess yourself. Bermuda is unimaginable and perfect for a wedding.
