can you recommend a really good resort that has a good walking beach?

Hi Eileen,

A great question!  I can make a recommendation for you, yes.  

The Elbow Beach Resort is a top quality resort and is located on a beautiful stretch of beach on the famed southshore.  There are a few wonderful cottage colonies and hotels on the southshore.  Many have lovely beaches. However, none have such a great expanse of open ocean for frontage. If this is what you seek you will be over the top. Immediately next to Elbow is the Coco Reefs, formerly Stoneington.

Do take a few moments and walk the beaches from Warwick Long to Horsehoe Bay.  You will love Bermuda.
