Question
we will be in kings wharf for two days .we would love to go horseback riding. we will need info, plus the cost and do we have to book in advance?  also we will need to know the fastest way to get there and the cost. thanks so much, wendy

Answer
Hi Wendy,

Below you'll find information about Spicelands Riding Centre, Bermuda's source for oceanside group trail rides.  Get there from Dockyard (King's Wharf) on bus #8 (the Dockyard/Hamilton bus) or by taxi.  This may take approximately 1/2 hour.  For information about Bermuda's buses, visit www.bermudabuses.com.  Though I am a rider myself, I have to say that I've never been on a ride in Bermuda -- it can be quite hot (and I'm not a morning person to take advantage of the cooler temperatures).  All trail riders must sign a waiver and, from what I understand, children under 10 may not be permitted.  Call for more details and advance booking instructions.  I hope you enjoy!  Nan
