Bermuda/October visit by NCL

Question
I will be traveling with 28 senior citizens in October and will dock in St. George. Do I  call and reserve a taxi (Blue Flag) or does the ship? How is the weather in October 19-26, 2008? One last question...Is Bermuda Senior friendly? Thanks, Jen

Answer
Hi Jen, I'm sure yours is not the first senior citizen group to visit Bermuda so senior friendly service won't be an issue.  You'll need to make your transportation arrangements and I'm glad you've chosen a Blue Bonnet taxi - you won't be disappointed though you'll need several cabs to accommodate your group. (I could be wrong about this though because I'm not a cruiser; your cruise ship may have a concierge to handle land excursions such as this).  For weather information by month, you can visit the bermuda shorts website and check out a month by month report of weather over the years - including the dates of your trip.  Fascinating!  I hope you enjoy your trip!  Please let me know if I can assist further.  Best, Nan
