Question
we are arriving late July Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas at Kings Wharf. My wife has difficulty with extended walking. Is their transportation at the ship's exit ramp to take us directly onto the beach at Horseshoe Bay, and transportation from the beach itself directly bact to the entrance ramp of the ship? Secondly, are there lounge chairs and umbrellas available for rental at Horseshoe Bay?

the walk is to long from the ship to the bus and the beach to the bus stop and from the bus stop at Kings Wharf back to the ship

This should be no problem on your vacation. At the bottom of the ramp, you go through the entrance building and there will be taxi's awaiting. There will be all kinds, from vans to smaller cars so you can get the best choice for your wife. They can take you to Horseshoe Bay, basically right to the water. Also, once you want to leave the beach , there will be taxi's at the parking lot where you first get dropped off. Also, if you don't want to depend on that, you can ask your taxi driver to come back at a certain time when you know you'll be done, or he can get someone to come back for you at a certain time. Taxi drivers are very reliable and hospitable and will help you in any way you require.

Also, there are chairs and umbrella's at Horseshoe Bay, but mind you it will be very crowded so it's best to get there as early as possible.
