Answer
Hi Debra,

Happy Anniversary to your client!  50 years is wonderful!  I took the liberty of e-mailing a cab company in Bermuda about your question.  Here is the reply:

"Good afternoon to you Ms. Nan,

It is my pleasure to report to you that there are
wheelchair friendly taxis available here in Bermuda and
should you have specific dates and times available we will
be more than glad to assist,

Respectfully,

Melvin A. Joell
Castle Points Transport Ltd."

I have no connection with this company, Debra, and have no compelling reason to recommend one company over another.  It's simply the one that came up in my Google search and one that I randomly selected to query.

Here is the contact information should you wish to book a trip for your client:

Also, here's some additional information from the Bermuda Tourism website:

"Along with getting you to your destination, many taxi drivers are excellent tour guides, eager to share stories behind our landmarks and customs-just ask.

   * Fares are 25 percent higher between midnight and 6:00 a.m., all day on Sunday and on public holidays
