Good afternoon, I was wondering if you know anything about the Hamilton Waterside House. The rates are very reasonable for a room but I want to make sure it's in a nice, clean and in a good location.

The location is wonderful for dining out and hitting a local pub or two and visiting some gardens and various tourist areas.  It resides close to the main ferry dock to the Dockyard etc. The bus is very nearby if you choose to go that way.  Mopeds will deliver to you.

I like staying in the city of Hamilton.  It is about as cosmopolitan as you can get in Bermuda.  I have not stayed at the Waterside House, but would also consider it.  The bedrooms are on the second floor with A/C. A/C is a must in June, July or August.  Very humid.

I read and wondered why 24 hours notice is required to use the kitchen.  I guess you can work with that. All places I've stayed in Bermuda are clean and all are quaint.

You will love Bermuda.  It makes for a splendid vacation from where you won't want to return home.
