Hi Michael
We are planning a family reunion cruise from NY to Bermuda next Sept 2007..
Since it's in the middle of Sept & During Hurricane season Do you think it's a good idea taking a cruise at that time.  What about the weather?  We have over 40 people going and I don't want anyone disappointed.

A reunion cruise to Bermuda sounds fantastic.
Honesly, it it a marvelous idea to be bring your reunion to Bermuda.  We are moren than half way through the hurricane season.  The weather spund be outstanding in September.

Linda and I just returned.  There was a storm of great magnitude, Deby, that went west-northwest of Bermuda as we were arriving.  It was 800 miles away and brought a few clouds, no rain.  This Ernesto caused a cruise ship to return to port in Hamilton for a couple of days as it was headed down towards Florida.  So they decided to keep her in port at Hamilton for two days before they returned.

Ernesto was no problem at all.

Don't hesitate Dalena.  Bermuda is beautiful.  The weather is monitored to the utmost and your saftey is of greatest concern.
