Bermuda/Hurricane season

QuestionI wanted to know if the weather would be good either the 3rd or 4th week in Sept or is this time more of a chance of a hurricane hitting Bermuda?
AnswerHurricane season is around the time you mentioned, starting August and ending around October. However, hurricane's that you would have to worry about hardly ever happen. For instance, this hurricane season we have seen barely seen anything, I don't even believe we've had a tropical storm. Serious hurricane's come maybe once every 10 years, and then Bermuda is very well prepared, if the need be. We make our houses out of limestone and concrete, so houses are rarely damaged, the worst is usually roofs partially dismantled. Each residence has underground tanks that are accessible when there is no electricity. Bermuda is quite used to them and takes the necessary precautions. Most people do not consider hurricane season when making their vacation plans because rarely does it have any affect. The weather will otherwise be very hot and humid, humidity %80+ almost everyday and temperatures 70+ everyday, perfect beach vacation weather! There are occasional days that we have hard rain, this is due to the heat and humidity, also due to random fronts passing over us. Bermuda is so small that we have no impact on weather fronts, as would happen if a storm or hurricane were to pass over the United States. So, when planning your vacation, if you are still worried about the hurricane season, you can always check the in-depth weather reports and see what is going to be forecasted for the hurricane season that year; many weather agencies predict the season quite well and in good time. But in my personal opinion, you won't have to worry about a hurricane conflicting with your vacation!
