QuestionHi
Please can you let me know if any parts of Bermuda can be good for surfing as I can't seem to find any websites that give any detail.
Many thanks for your help
Cheers
Nick
AnswerHello Nick,
I will answer NO. You see,Bermuda is protected by surrounding reefs. This simmers the waters as they approach the seashore. I don't recall ever seeing surfing in many years of vacationing in Bermuda.
Of course you may enjoy massive waves along many of the southshore beaches, Horseshoe Bay, Warwick Long etc. Bermuda is a water paradise. Pristine pink sanded beaches and aqua marine waters. With the backdrop of volcanic rock it's a pleasure and much enjoyable to the senses.
Happy planning!
Michael
