Question
We would like to spend a month in Bermuda next winter but we understand we can spend only  21 days without getting approval from immigration.  Can you give further info on this issue  - where and how do we do this?  Can it be a problem?

Answer
Hello Patricia,

Your information is correct (21 day limit with an outbound ticket in hand).  However, the Department of Immigration can and does make exceptions.  Do contact them at www.immigration.gov.bm, or the Bermuda Depatment of Tourism.

Happy planning!
