hi,
some friends and i plan to charter a boat with a crew and travel through the Bermuda triangle for a few weeks. would appreciate any useful info on the best way to find a boat and crew.

Hi Leo,

There are plenty of charters available in Bermuda.  

By the way, the "Bermuda Triangle" is a BIG area that extends from Bermuda, to Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and San Juan, PR.  

Are you a power boater or do you perfer a vessel under sail?  How many people will be traveling in your group?

If you wish to use Bermuda as your port of call, why not visit the Bermuda Tourism website at www.bermudatourism.com?  From the home page click on "watersports" and from there choose "other boating". There you'll find a listing of all sorts of charter companies that offer boating charters with capacities of 10 to more than 100 people.

You might also visit the Bermuda Shorts website at www.bermudashorts.bm.  From the "boating" button, you'll see three charter options (all power boats).  These folks appear to be promoting cruising the Bermuda area, but may be available for trips farther afield.
