It's been about a year since we last spoke about anti-ageing water. As the economy, customer base, and technology changed, so did the formulation of the beverage. With no less than 6 of the countries most recognizable anti-ageing medical experts we created Nutra Resveratrol and with granted & pending patents are now ready to relaunch Nutra Resveratrol anti-ageing water.

We are receiving multiple offers to facilitate the launch of the new formulation, however the dilema is to decide on the right path to take. One group has millions to invest but no beverage experience to speak of, & I am concerned that if not handled properly they may do more harm than good to the brand. While another group has beverage experts from big distribution entities but lacks the funding to proceed in a timely mannor until it is raised.

I get the feeling these groups want to tie up the Intelectual Property to flip it to another group, or simply worry that they may not be as worthy as they try to seem.

I am considering simply to take the purchase orders myself and fill the orders to some of the smaller retailers. We can get PO financing in the begining, and create enough buzz to atrtract distributors and end up giving up less equity as we prove the concept.  

We are receiving offers from a recent release that I have included in this correspondence.

I agree with you on your fears.  The cost to get a "new" concept to market is generally very high and one can easily damage the "first on the market" product.  It's also easy to offer funds and not deliver.  And checking that companies can provide the skills needed for manufacturing, distribution and management can also be a challenge.
