Beverages/1972 gallon bottle of seagrams

Question
I have a un-opened 1972 bottle of Seagram's V.O. It is still in the original box. It had a It had a pump with a clear hose with it that is still in the plastic package.Both seals on the bottle are still there and in great shape. Is it worth anything ?

sorry to be the bearer of sad news...but distilled spirits, because of the high alcohol levels, don't improve with age in the bottle. That's the bad news. The good news is that they don't get worse, either!
So while the bottle you have isn't worth much as a collectible (I would guess less than $50 on ebay) this still should be pretty good to drink.
If I were you I would open it on a special occasion and enjoy it!
