Question
I have two bottles of I W Harper with unbroken 1962 tax stamps on them.  Do they have any value as a collectible? Is the bourbon is drinkable???
Thank you.

Answer
Hi Wendell

These don't have much value to connoisseurs.  Because the alcohol level is so high in distilled products, they really don't change much over time.  Which also means they should be fine to drink. I'd estimate these at about $25-35 a bottle

A bottle collector might pay more, but you'd have to ask someone at antiquebottles.com.  They are the experts in that field!

Sorry I don't have more exciting news.
