Question
When were the 1 quart bottle size phased out by liquor companies?

Hi Daniel

I can't give you exact dates, because each company made the decision at a different time.  But in basic terms, when you only see 750ml bottles, then you compare those prices with each other.  The quart bottles were always more expensive than the 750s, and so they had trouble competing on the shelf in a lot of markets.
