Question
I have a friend on antabuse who loves vinegar.  Do all vinegars come from alcohol?  Are any of them safe to use if someone is on antabuse?

Hi Scott

The alcohol level of commercial vinegars these days is well below 1%, so I wouldn't think there is much of a problem. However, I would strongly encourage your friend to consult with his/her physician about this, as I am not a physician and I certainly am not an expert on pharmaceuticals!
