Question
Where can I buy raspberry brandy? There is a cake recipe that calls for it. Or - is there a recipe for making raspberry brandy - I have the cognac. Thanks. CC

Most liquor stores carry things like this, but it is fairly easy to make something similar. You can just take the brandy and add raspberry syrup to taste. My guess is that the recipe doesn't call for much of this, so don't use a whole bottle, just make as much as you need.
You could also substitute a berry wine, as well.
