Question
can you give me the name of a book that has precious European wines/beers/whiskeys/vodkas and cognacs that will gain more value as they age with time?

Distilled products don't gain in value as they age--the alcohol levels are too high for anything to change much.  You can read about great wines that have appreciated in value in Michael Broadbent's Great Vintage Wine Book...but not about any of the others.
