Question
greetings, i have a vintage bottle of DOM Benedictine liquer i am tring to sell. It has never been uncorked and is still wrapped in original French paper...   Is this worth pursuing?
thank you

Answer
Hi Scott

Distilled spirits and liqueurs like this Benedictine have very high alcohol levels. THat means that they don't ever really go bad--but it also means that they don't improve in the bottle the way some fine wines do.  Your bottle should be just fine to drink, but won't taste much different from when it was bottled.  As a result, it won't have much more value, either.  I would estimate the value at something around $50.

Sorry I don't have more exciting news for you...
