Question
I recently came across a full unopened sealed botthe of Gibley's Scothc whisky
1964=1965 World's fair bottle and am wondering what it cihg be worth?

I also have a very old bottle of Oblin Armagnac brandy, I can't find any date but I
think it is from the 60's or 70"s, the bottle is trimmed in gold paint with 2
crossing shields with lions on them.

Answer
Hi Tom

Distilled spirits like these are so high in alcohol that they don't really change much in the bottle, for better or for worse.  So your bottles should be fine to drink, but they haven't appreciated muchin value.  I would estimate them each to be worth less than $50.  It's illegal for private individuals to sell alcohol in the USA, so you have to find a local shop that could do it for you.

If they were mine, I would give or trade them to someone who might appreciate them more.

Sorry I can't give you more exciting news.
