I am trying to find this cognac and you assist me in doing so? I would very much like to purchase some.

Nope, I can't tell you where to find this...because I don't think they make it any more. Over the past ten years Mumm has changed hands a few times, and it is now owned by Pernod-Ricard, which also owns Martell Cognac. My guess is that they concluded that Martell was a more marketable name for their Cognacs...but you can check with them directly by writing to them or calling them. SOrry I can't give you better news...at the very least, they should be able to recommend a Cognac from Martell that is roughly equivalent to the Mumm VSOP.
