 What's a bottle of 1950 Sandeman's Scotch worth?  The bottle is all white, decanter-style, with a face on it and a cape.

Distilled spirits like this are so high in alcohol that they don't change much in the bottle, for better or for worse.  The good news is that your scotch should be perfectly good to drink.  The bad news is that it won't have appreciated in value the way some fine wines do.  I would estimate your bottle at something around $40.

But the bottle itself may be worth more.  Check with the guys at antiquebottles.com.  They are specialists in these older bottles, and it may be that yours is worth more than the liquid inside!
