Question
I have a 750 ml bottle of Ballantine's finest Scotch whisky from 1991 still in the tin. The tin has a small dent.

Distilled spirits like this are so high in alcohol that they don't change much over time, for better or for worse. The good news is that this is to drink. The bad news is that it won't have appreciated in value the way some fine wines do. This one would sell for about what a currently bottling would be.
