Beverages/Country of Origin of Special Cognac Bottle

Question
I have a bottle as follows: The clear glass bottle with J.A.Hennessy & Co. Cognac/France (0.7 L) is filled with what appears to be cognac and sealed with a plastic/cork stopper with the name E. Remy Martin & Co. Cognac on its face. The strange fact is that a hooded cobra in full repose is cleverly wound inside the bottle along with some roots, spices, and wood shavings. We are especially interested in the country of origin of this apparent novelty.Thank you for your efforts.

Answer
Hi Whitey

I can assure you that this wasn't produced by either Hennessy or Remy Martin!  Someone took the empty packaging from two different companies and used it to seal up your little serpentine friend. And that could have happened just about anywhere, although from your description it would have to be a place where you have both alcohol for sale and cobras.  Maybe India as a first bet?
