IF I WERE TO PUT THIS BOTTLE OF WHISKY UP FOR AUCTION WOULD IT BE WORTH IT. WHAT DO YOU THINK THIS BOTTLE OF WHISKEY IS WORTH.

Distilled spirits like this are so high in alcohol that they don't change much in the bottle. They improve in the barrel, but oncde bottled, they are very stable. This means they don't improve like some wines, either in quality or value.
So your bottle should be just fine to drink, but it won't have any more value on the auction market than a current bottling of the same product.
