I have a bottle of T.Noirot& CIE From Nancy France 930 ml The only other words that can be read are Grog and American that are on the safety seals and around the bottle. It also has a straw cap over the metal screw cap and twine making a diamond pattern around the bottle.
What I am wondering is what is it,how old it might be and the value.

Distilled spirits like this are so high in alcohol that they don't change much over time---and don't really appreciate in value.  SO this one would probably sell for $25-50 if you were to find a buyer.

But the bottle itself might be worth more than the liquid.  Check with the helpful people at antiquebottles.com to see if these are worth collecting.
