Hi Bassam

THe secret to orange juice is to get sweet oranges!  Then just cut them in half, and squeeze the juice out of them into a jar or glass.  If the oranges aren't sweet, you can always add sugar, but it won't taste as good as if the oranges are ripe.

Please note that Seville oranges are bitter, and best used for marmelades rather then juice.
