I recently found a sealed bottle of the above. On the bottle it says pudding flavoring sauce.  Can you tell me something about the taste and best use of this product.  I assume cacao is cocoa but do not know what chouva is.  Thank you for your time.

This is a very sweet liqueur with both chocolate and vanilla flavorings added.  It was usually used as a blender for desserts or sweet after dinner drinks, although you can certainly just pour it over ice cream! The last bottle I saw on ebay sold for about $18.
